Complete a total of 1412 reps
-cal row
-wall ball
-burpee
-ground to overhead 40/30kg
-box jump
-kb swing 24/16kg
-pull-up
-knees to elbow
-air squat
-push-up

Rules:
1. all the team members have to work same movement, one at a time
2. each team member must complete at least 10 reps each movement
3. you can only perform one movement for up to 200 reps
